All maintenance packages are subject to 6% Kentucky state tax added at checkout.
To cancel or change your maintenance package, or to move your domain to a different hosting provider, please contact us at least one (1) week prior to your next billing date.
Additional change requests or requests to add additional pages can be scheduled at a rate of $100/hr, and need to be scheduled with us in advance. If there are time-sensitive changes that need to be made on your website (i.e. A promotion during a specific time frame, a new product launch date, etc.), please try to schedule the content changes with us at least four (4) weeks before the changes need to be published. Unused monthly website updates do not rollover.
