BlackOak Equity is a property management company that buys, sells, leases, and manages single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties. They focus on the direct and efficient acquisition of properties in order to grow and diversify their investment portfolio.

The goal for this redesign was to improve upon the user experience, highlight their services to better connect with their target audience, and create a visual website that showcases the company's services and portfolio listings.

We developed a modern and streamlined website that features custom imagery to attract and engage with site visitors. Additional key features include a mobile responsive design and a custom blog that allows the company to post updates and relevant information to connect with their audience.
